Million dollar morning routine !!!

Enough is spoken about the morning routine from 5 am club to mel Robbins routine . What's the hype !!



Now, no matter at what time u wake up, the starting of the day sets the tone for the rest of the day .



Here is your Mel Robbins morning routine :



It's basically 5 steps.



1. Stay away from snooze and when your alarm first rings , count 5.4 3 2.1 and wake up . Simple .


2. Make your bed


3. Look at the mirror and give  hi five to self


4. Do a 10 minutes mind and body work


5. Make a one step progress on your life project .

Now , Robin Sharma's 5 am club :



1. Divide the first hour into 3 intervals of 20 minutes .


2. 20 minutes to read


3  20 minutes to workout


4. 20 minutes to meditate .



Now what I say is , all these are the techniques that works for the individuals on a broader sense but not necessarily you . Here is what I propose 



1. Reflect on the end state , what is the energy you wish to feel in the morning .


2. If you want calmness , go for mental work


3. If you seek energy,  sweat it out


4. If you like to plan it out , journal your day , set an intention .



Divide your hour , for someone like me I like shorter intervals like 15 mins and switch to a new one . If you are one who likes to focus for longer intervals , have it 30 minutes



Now based on step 1  plan out ur morning task the night before.  I would say stick to the same plan for 1 week . Same time , same task , same routine , so you get the groove .



Audit your week, see where you find high levels of energy and continue that , tweak on your low vibe tasks . Now week 2 , repeat .
