What are hiding ?

The first step to solving a problem is to recognize the problem. Many of us struggle with the most complicated thoughts every single day which can be easily resolved with help. Recognizing a problem and accepting a problem is the first and major part of problem-solving.


Why is hard to accept?


A lot comes the way before we accept a problem as a problem. A person suffering from insecurity and anxiety insures would not come forward about the same. The reasons could be many. Could be social conditioning, emotional state, peer pressure, cultural upbringing, or just self-ego. One might very well know that there is a problem to be addressed, might be suffering oneself and others around them but one would not reach out for help.


Let's break the cycle. Issues would not be resolved by themselves. Issues would only compound themselves to become a bigger struggle, but wouldn't vanish with time. No Issue comes by birth, its only social conditioning and any struggle can be treated with the right tools. No one should be allowed to suffer in silence. Let's talk openly about the issues.
